1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Clearance items, custom-made furniture, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization – Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to: Ranotis Returns Department

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Approval & Processing – If the return meets all eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Deductions – Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 10% may apply in certain cases.
- Rejections – If the return does not meet our conditions, we will notify you, and the item may be sent back at your expense.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free replacements. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
